This is the GRAPH only for the ‘Crush The Sack’ saying that includes awareness ribbons. You can use this to make a 5x5 square (depending on your gauge, you may need to drop the second ribbon repeat to make it the correct size) for a blanket or for a dishcloth.

I am usually a tight knitter and used a size 8 needle but I think that may still be the correct size for most others… Keep an eye on gauge if you aren’t sure.

You can use this for a textured item knit with one color or colorwork. No matter the direction, you will begin with 3 knit rows. You’ll need to decide if you want to have a stockinette or reverse stockinette background by the 4th row. For a stockinette background work row 4 and all even rows from right to left. For a reverse stockinette background work row 4 and all even rows from left to right. End with 3 knit rows. For the textured knit the orange colored stitches are KNIT on even rows and PURL on odd rows. There is a 2 stitch edging on either side that is always knit.

I will continue to work on making this easier to use but because I know there are people who would like to use this and there is a deadline involved I’m putting this up to begin with.

The orange item in the pictures is knit with a stockinette background and the purple is with the reverse stockinette background.
