On the shortest day of the year in Golarion, goodly folk celebrate Crystalhue with small gifts and rainbow imagery in honor of Shelyn, the goddess of beauty. For these mittens, the pattern is worked in a neutral yarn and a variegated yarn, and the dove’s beak, feet, and body are then worked in duplicate stitch.
