I adore semi-variegated yarns that combine analogous colours to show off the depth of the main hue. They are perfect for both textured and plain knitting, showcasing both beautifully. Here I played on the strength of this colour quality to bring the texture and simple ribbing, that flows seamlessly out of the former, together. A seamless cable sitting atop of the wide vertical columns adding a little interest to the knitting without being fussy; the sock is shaped along the back of the ankle for a better fit. To adjust the length of the leg, work extra rounds before and between ankle shaping rounds.

Foot and leg length adjustable to fit.
