I love cupcakes…. Like, really love them! I love eating them, making them, making things that look like them, but I especially love sharing them! This cupcake is the best of all, because not only does it work up quick, but it makes a delicious, zero calorie gift!! Who couldn’t use a Cupcake Clutch in their lives?! The ‘flavors’ are endless! Can’t wait to see yours!!

For this project, you will need a few things:

• Yarn: Phildar Phil Coton 3 & Patons Grace are my favorite yarns for this project (as many or few colors as you like!) Note: you can use other #3 – Light yarns – just watch your gauge

• Crochet Hook: 3.75mm Note: I am a tight crocheter, so you may want to/need to adjust your hook size (or yarn weight) to obtain gauge.

• Kiss Clasp / metal frame (3-1/2”x2-1/8”) – I ordered mine here:
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/191323957612

• Lanyard Swivel Lobster Claw Hook (20mm) – I ordered mine here:
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/262261765061

• Embroidery Floss in contrasting color to sew the cupcake onto the metal frame (if desired)

• Seed Beads (4mm) to add as sprinkles

• Darning Needle (to weave in ends); Needle to sew cupcake onto frame

Cupcake finished measurements are approx. 4” wide x 4-1/2” tall.

If you have never worked with a metal frame, have no fear! I include detailed information on how to attach the frame to your cupcake!

As always, you are free to sell and gift your finished product as much as you’d like, but please do not copy, rewrite, or resell my pattern.

Because this is a digital file, there will be no refunds given. BUT I am more than happy to help you succeed with this pattern, so please contact me if you run into trouble! :)
