This is just a simple chart of one repeat of a blanket. One repeat is 18 stitches.

I’d suggest starting with usual chains, starting with no chain foundation (single crochets) doesn’t work well with wavy rows.

This chart doesn’t include instructions for making the wavy rows straight at the start and end of the blanket.
