Soft, lightweight, simple, and warm, Cusco is constructed from two rectangles in charted lace pattern. Jacket assumes a bolero structure when put on, and can be worn open or closed, with a pin or with the collar draped. Each half of the body is worked flat from the center outward. Side seam is joined using three-needle bind-off method, and then sleeve is worked in the round down to the cuff. Then the two completed halves are jointed at center back using three-needle bind-off.

Sizing notes:
Because of the unusual shape and drapey fit of this garment, Size A will fit a size small to medium frame with about a 30” to 38” / 76 to 96.5 cm chest, and Size B will fit a medium to large frame with about a 40” to 48” / 101.5 to 122 cm chest.

Yarn: 7 (8) skeins Cascade Pastaza (50% llama, 50% wool; 1q32 yd / 121 m in 100 grams). Shown in #065 Claret.
