This cardigan has cutaways on the shoulders and sleeves, ruffles on the ends of the sleeves, buttons up the front all the way to the neck, and a short collar. The stitch pattern creates a wavy look made by different size stitches, rather than the increase/decrease chevron.
This requires 160-200 grams of fingering yarn (size 1), 9 1cm buttons, needle, and matching thread. The prototype used 150 grams of yarn, so I would recommend buying a little extra.
