This pattern was inspired by a vintage wallpaper pattern I found from the 1960s and it looked like the daisy flower. I designed this with the yarn that was OOAK(one of a kind) from Leading Men Fiber Arts called Renewal and Patons Kroy Socks called Muslin. I felt that it was perfect for Spring/ Early Summer. This is a very beginner friendly pattern and is perfect for someone starting to sock knit but wants a little bit of a pattern.

The gauge on this pattern is 8 sts x 10 rows= 1” which is like my other patterns. I also added a stitch guide which is included in all my patterns (or soon will be). It has refreshers for you to look at different stitches without you having to search yourself. Another element I added to this pattern which is included in all of my sock pattern is a size chart for both men and women. So if you wish to gift give or need it for yourself, you will have a shoe guide for those situations.

In this pattern, there is a chart and written pattern for easy follow along and for those who struggle with charts, it will help you to understand. Everything you will need for this pattern include:

  • US Size 2 (2.75 mm), 32” circulars
  • Darning needle
  • Paton’s Kroy Socks, (muslin base for the heel, toe and cuff)
  • Any Wool Yarn for the Main Color
