I love daisies and wanted to capture the sense of warm summer days to this design.

It is worked on dpns and circulars for the body of the bag, which is kniteed in one piece front to back with a gusset to add depth. The petals of the daisy are crocheted.

The handles are made up of i-cords which are felted and then braided. (A shoulder strap would also work joined to the gusset if you prefer a longer strap.)

I felted the bag in a front loader at 60 degrees for 2 one hour wash cycles as I like a thick texture.
