With Spring in the air, we were in the mood for something flowery and frilly. Along came daisy stitch to fit the bill, and it’s surprisingly easy to knit! A springy design begs for a lightweight yarn, and the heathered shades, soft hand and gentle halo of Manos Serena Solid provides the perfect match.

Starting with a scalloped edge, these gloves are knitted flat, then seamed, leaving an opening for the thumb. Twisted rib stitch at the top is neat and functional - keeping fingers free for all manner of gardening, handwork, or coloring!

You’ll only need one skein; that’s enough yardage for two pair in the small size, or three gloves in the larger size. Dreaming of daisy chains, anyone?
