Wow your friends with your very own dalek mittens (also double as hand puppets)! These bottom-up mittens provide warmth and fun for any Doctor Who fan. Play around with colors and styles to emulate the daleks from your favorite Doctor’s era!

These puppies have a lot of negative ease so one size fits most. Instructions are included for lengthening the hand and thumb for those with longer hands. Sizes for children are not included.

I am a new designer so please let me know if you come across any problems/are confused by anything. I am happy to help and will reply promptly.

You will need to know (or know how to look up):

  • Knitting (and purling) in the round
  • M1L and M1R
  • Backwards loop cast-on
  • Picking up stitches
  • SSK and k2tog
  • It helps to know how to make bobbles, but instructions are included.

Enjoy!
