This is a pattern for a knit wrap that features several Estonian stitches, both gathered and lace, combined in a beautiful wrap. However, unlike many Estonian shawls, in which you knit the edging separately, and then sew or graft it on, I have modified the edging, so that it is knitted on, which is way most of use are used to adding on our borders. There are also instructions contained within the pattern for an optional crocheted edging. If you’ve never tried Estonian gathered stitches, you might enjoy learning them with this pattern.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a basic knowledge of lace knitting).

The pattern for all the stitches are both charted and written out line by line.
