You can use it for a multitude of projects including joining multiple squares for afghans, pillows, table runners and whatever else you can think of. The size of your final square will vary depending on the size of your yarn and hook.

For this pattern I used Lion Brand Pound of Love Yarn (16 oz/ 454g, 1020yds/932m). Color A was Honey Bee and color B was Oxford Grey. One skein of each was enough to make 4 squares plus the boarder. I also had a skein of white for the boarder. You won’t need that much for the boarder so a smaller skein will work. I also used a 5mm hook instead of the recommended 6mm on the package. The squares measured approximately 19.5 inches when finished. Larger if you intend to use the larger hook size.
The final blanket measures approximately 44x44 inches
Included is the pattern for the Dana square and how to join the squares and the pattern for the boarder to make the Dana Baby Blanket. If you intend on making a larger blanket with more squares the boarder is simple enough that it will work with any number of squares if you plan on using it.
