Daw's Drawers Doll Pants
Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
This simple longies pattern is designed to fit a 15” Waldorf doll, but can easily be scaled for a larger or smaller doll. I have knit these pants to fit dolls as small as 8”!
Pattern instructions include optional short rows for shaping the back of the pants. Traditional Waldorf dolls (body/legs cut from one piece) typically don’t need the short rows, but if your doll is constructed with a broader bottom for sitting, the short rows allow a nice fit. Adding short rows also helps get a better fit on American Girl Bitty Baby dolls.
If you prefer longies that fit more like leggings, you can ignore the instructions to pick up the two stitches at the crotch -- the result is a very trim pair of leggings.
