“This pullover uses some of my favorite techniques: top-down construction, short-rows, and set-in sleeves,” says the designer of her Dee Pullover. The sweater begins with saddle shoulders, then the body is picked up on either side and worked down to create a split hem. The sleeves are worked from the top down using short-rows.
