Worsted weight yarn (2 colors)
Wood plaque (5”x7”)
Embroidery thread (nose) (optional, you could also use felt)
Felt
G crochet hook
Contact cement glue
12mm safety eyes
Fabric glue
I used Command strip picture frame holders to mount it to the wall.

The eyes in the picture are 10mm. I will update the picture when I get more safety eyes in. There was a lot of trial and error that went into writing this pattern and eventually I ran out of the correct size safety eyes. However this is the picture that most accurately represents the style and size of the body.
