These adorable little denim pockets will add the perfect rustic country style accent to any table. Use them on your own dining table, picnic or barn wedding!

This pattern uses a cotton and acrylic blend yarn and an L (8.00 mm) hook. It works up quickly, which makes creating multiple pockets a breeze. You will need a bandana that you cut the corners off. You can make at least 4 pockets from one bandana.

The heart detail at the base of the pocket is made with red felt and a button is added for more country charm. There is very minor sewing involved unless you really don’t want to sew, in which case you can hot glue almost everything. It makes quick work of the entire project. The only part that cannot be glued is the tan colored stitching around the perimeter of the pocket, but this is achieved with a tapestry needle and size 10 crochet thread.

There are plenty of photos included in the PDF to help explain the instructions.

For a personalized pocket, you can use thread to add the couples initials within a stitched on heart just like you would see carved into the trunk of a tree.

This project is very easy. With a 3.5 oz skein of yarn, you can make 3 complete denim pockets.
