A “Seaman” style scarf to accessorize fall & winter outfits. Features an easy cable pattern flanked by columns of garter stitch on the scarf “tails”. A tailored rib stitch hugs your neck for warmth.

Sample scarf used approx 483 yds of worsted weight yarn. Scarf tails can be knit shorter if less yardage is available. Gauge is not important for this project, however a significantly different gauge will affect the overall drape of the scarf and yardage required.
