Desert Rain
Desert Rain is a bottom-up triangle shawl with diagonally moving eyelet bands on garter stitch. It’s a relaxing knit with clean lines and sophisticated simplicity.
The minimal design lets your yarn be in the spotlight. All you need is one skein of fingering weight yarn. It’s perfect for those single skeins in your stash!
YARN
One skein of SnailYarn Silky Linen Fingering (50% alpaca, 25% silk, 25% linen; 400 m / 437 yds per 100 g). Shown in colour Olive.
Or approximately 400 m / 437 yds of similar fingering weight yarn.
NEEDLES
Size 4 mm / US 6 circular needle
Adjust needle size to achieve pattern gauge.
This shawl is worked flat, but I recommend using an 80-100 cm / 32-40 inch circular needle to accommodate the growing number of stitches.
