This easy, slightly slouchy, colorwork hat is a companion to the Brubeck cowl. The hat plays with five contrasting colors and patterns to jazz up your wardrobe!

Designed for 5 mini-skeins of yarn (Lorna’s Laces String Quintet) as well as a base color, it’s a perfect project for try out stranded knitting. Desmond incorporates an easily memorized color pattern along with ‘resting’ one-color rows. Challenging but relaxing.

This pattern has both charted and written instructions and two hat band options, a fold over band as well as plain ribbing.
