Devil’s Churn Hat

This collaborative pattern arose from a discussion that Tina and I had about our upcoming accessories club. Tina loves hats and I love mitts. It seemed natural to join forces and make a complimentary pattern set. So Tina set out to make the hat and I made mitts to match!

Hopefully you’ll find the mitts quick and fun to knit with just a bit of flair from the mirrored cables. I chose to keep the palms in stockinette for ease of work and the ability to more closely fit the mitt to the hand by removing or adding to those stockinette stitches.

This pattern is meant for an adventurous novice to advanced knitter and all those in-between.

Both written and charted directions are included in this pattern. Please read the entire pattern before beginning.
