Finished Measurement: 23” circumference

Materials:
Kudo: 1—100G skein, color 55
Gauge: 4.25 sts = 1” in Lace Pattern on size 7 knitting needles after blocking.
Needles: US Size 7- 16” circular knitting needle, stitch marker.
