While wandering around the Indie Untangled Show at Rhinebeck this year, I came upon the booth with Magpie Fibers and Spincycle Yarns. I couldn’t resist the magnificently unique colors of Spincycle nor the rich tones and softness of Magpie Fibers. These two yarns and the colors are a match made in yarn heaven.

This shawl is a quick-knit and great for “television” knitting or a last-minute project. It is an asymmetric triangle and is worked from smaller to larger size. It consists of mostly garter stitch stripes coupled with a simple mosaic pattern along the edge. Only one color is worked per row. Both written and charted versions of the pattern are provided.
