❖ This hat is named for the lace pattern, Diamond-In-Chains which i designed as a patchwork of diamonds strung together by yarn overs. The pattern includes a helpful chart for the lace pattern. It is fairly straightforward to knit, although you need to be comfortable with basic colorwork for the band of checkerboard ribbing. If you are interested in knitting the hat but this part seems too hard, feel free to do simple single-stranded ribbing in its place.

❖ The pattern is a PDF, so if you buy it, i will email it to you within 24 hours. If, for any reason, this doesn’t work for you, i can mail you a printed copy, but i find PDF highly preferable. All shipping regarding this item is free :)

❖ The pattern also includes a short section on abbreviations and what they mean, so if you are not familiar with any of the terms used, hopefully they will be made clear.

❖ Have fun knitting ♥
