Inspired by the Diamond Rain on Neptune, the Diamond Rain Shawl is an asymmetric triangle that is knit on the bias and shaped with increases and decreases at both edges. The diamond lace edge is knit at the same time as the garter stitch body. The garter stitch gives way to the same diamond lace pattern giving the edge a beautiful finished border.

Errata: In the written directions for Chart C, Row 13 should begin with K12 (rather than K11).
