No chart. It can be knitted with 4 ply yarn, using 2 x 50g for the background colour, heel, sole and toe, and 1 x 50g for the second colour.

This is a fairisle pattern in which the fairisle instep and plain stockinet sole are knitted as separate flaps, then the stitches at the toe-end of these flaps are combined to knit the toe, leaving side seams to be sewn up after the toe is finished.
