This blanket can be knit with either Bernat Mosaic or Crystal Palace Mochi Plus yarn. If using the Mosaic, you’ll need a size 8 US needle, and for the Mochi plus - a 10 1/2. Of course you’ll want to knit up a a gauge swatch to be sure to use the correct needle size to obtain gauge.
