A pair of vintage style fingerless gloves with diamonds… The stranded colorwork doesn’t have any long float: a great first time fair-isle choice! Pattern contains written instructions for everything and an additional chart for the colorwork part.

Skill level: easy.

Techniques: knit/purl in the round and flat, basic stranded colorwork, picking up stitches.

Size: small / medium and medium / large.

Tools: Size US 6 / 4 mm double pointed needles (or 1 long circular needle if you prefer magic loop) or size to get gauge; tapestry needle; scissors.
