This pattern is for one size, a 16- 18 inch waist, so I changed the listed size.
This is knit in the round using 2 pair of circular needle
but can be knit with DPN’s or Magic Loop Method

I have a better Diaper Cover pattern, that can be made in any size, using any yarn and any needles. This other pattern has:
