I created these mittens to use up the remnants of some yarn I splurged on. They would make a lovely gift; knitted in a luxurious yarn such as alpaca, bison or cashmere, they are warm yet light enough to wear while typing (or holding a bridal bouquet!). The lace pattern is a 6 stitch, 2 row repeat and is easy to memorize.

All proceeds from the sale of this pattern will be donated to March of Dimes, dedicated to improving the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.

Pattern is for magic loop, but can easily be converted to dpns if preferred.

recommended number of rows to increase for thumb gusset should end with row 38 rather than row 36
