An adorable little crocheted dinosaur!

To create this project, you will need basic crochet skills, and a small number of items:

• DK yarn for the main parts
• DK yarn for the belly
• DK yarn for the horns
• 3.5mm crochet hook
• Safety eyes (I used 10mm)
• Toy stuffing
• Yarn needle
• Scissors
• Stitch markers (optional)

There is no specific gauge for this pattern, just note that if you use a larger hook and yarn, the project will be bigger, and vice-versa. (Remember to use larger or smaller safety eyes depending on your hook and yarn size, too!)

All terminology is in US terms, and these are the abbreviations are as follows:

St(s) – stitch(es)
Sl st – slip stitch
Ch – chain
Sc – single crochet
Sc2ins – single crochet 2 in the next stitch (increase)
Sc2tog – single crochet 2 stitches together (decrease)
* …. * - repeat from the first * to the next *

The magic ring technique is used for the different parts, but don’t worry if you don’t know this! The pattern explains an alternative method.
