Bottom up design. You will work the front panel first. Body is worked next and then front panel is sewn together with the body on both sides. Then you will connect front lace panel and body at shoulders via 3 needle bind off. Sleeves are worked seamlessly down and shaped by short rows at the top. The neckband is worked last and made in round. CC is worked on central panel and edges of neck, body and sleeves.

Yarn: CC - Zen Yarn Garden Serenity 20 (Artwork Collection – Dish of Pears) - 1 skein and MC - Zen Yarn Garden Serenity 20 (Natural) 2(2,2,3,3) skeins. Or any Fingering weight yarn with similar properties, make sure you get the gauge.
