Pattern description from Knitting Little Luxuries: “Worked in different weight yarns, the same pattern can produce two totally6 different pieces. This design uses the same chart as the Piper Purse on page 46, but here I have combined a textured boucle yarn with a smooth yarn to create a very beautiful, soft fabric that enhances the surface pattern of the cable twists.”

Finished Size: About 19.75” (50cm) wide & 16” (40.5cm) long

Yarn: Chunky weight (#5 Bulky) and worsted weight (#4 Medium)

  • Louisa Harding Liberty Boucle (60% mohair, 25% viscose, 15% polyamid; 83 yd 76 m/50 g): #1 cloud (blue/pink multi), 5 balls
  • Louisa Harding Kashmir Aran (55% merino wool, 10% cashmere, 35% microfiber; 83 yd 76 m/50 g): #2 sky (blue), 5 balls.
  • The yarns are held together throughout.

Needles: U.S. size 11 (8 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
