I decided I would like a scarf that looked like DNA so I made one! it has been quite popular on my tumblr blog so I have written up a pattern along with a picture tutorial for you all!

you can make it any length you would like, but as it is quite thin I would suggest making it long enough to wrap round your neck a few times rather than just once if you want it for warmth rather than for just having a pretty scarf!

I used dk wool in a plain colour for the DNA backbones and a multicoloured skein for the base pairs!
