Dog Days 2 is the second in the Dog Days mini knits series!

Each pattern so far is designed to fit average-size adults as a headwrap/headband/kerchief or as a small cowl or neckwarmer. Dog Days 2 is unisex and minimalist.

These designs are quick, relatively easy knits that use small amounts of yarn--this one weighs in at under 130 yards of sock yarn--which makes them ideal for lightweight summer knitting.

Materials:
-Approximately 125-130 yards of fingering-weight yarn
-One 24” circular knitting needle in US 2-3/2.75-3.25mm, or size needed for gauge
-One locking stitch marker
-Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
-5 buttons, approximately 4/8”

You may also need a needle and thread to attach the buttons, if your yarn is too thick to go through them.

The sample shown is knit from Malabrigo Yarns Sock in Alcaucil, and finished up with mismatched vintage buttons.
