This piece is knitted in the round, using a provisional cast on. The visible outer layer is worked in 2 contrasting colors, while the inside is ribbed to ensure a snug fit. The finishing is done by grafting.

It’s a perfect project for leftover yarn, and for practicing two-color stranded knitting - all the yarn carries at the back are hidden, so no worries about them snagging!

• one spare needle (dpn or circular, for grafting)

sport weight yarn (or yarn combination that creates the equivalent gauge)
• 328 yards/ 300m in MC
• 218 yards/ 200m in CC
