This cowl features scalloped edges, lace, and colorwork. Mirroring a blend of colors that fade from a fun and colorful start to a calm and neutral white end.

We all have dark moments in life when is hard to see the light. And everything bright and happy seems to be faded away. We can feel invisible, almost as if we blend with the background.

This pattern is in honor of a dear friend, who recently lost a loved one, who helped me see the light in my own moment of darkness.
In other words, “don’t fade away” is meant to be a reminder that we are all special and won’t be forgotten.
