These socks are a fun way to use a Mandi’s Makings Share A Pair set or two 50 gram skeins! The patterning brings to mind a stack of sprinkle donuts when it is knit in bright colours, and is perfect for a speckled yarn paired with a tonal – but when it is knit in two tonal or solid colours it looks completely different! The patterning is a two colour bee stitch that is broken up by bands of stockinette, and is easy to memorize. You can decide how many bands of the pattern you add and change the look!

Pattern Notes:
This pattern comes in three adult sizes. They are knit cuff down but an experienced sock knitter could easily adapt the patterning to knit them toe up. I provide instructions for a heel flap and gusset, and a standard rounded toe, but your preferred heel/toe method or pattern can be substituted. The bee stitch sections have a small amount of stretch, so you may want to knit them with one needle size smaller if you are knitting the all over patterning version.
