Dots on Socks are a fun short sock (though you’re welcome to make yours as long as you like) that will make use of leftover yarns rolling around in the bottom of your sock knitting basket.

Dots on Socks feature a combination of ribbing and stranded colour work on the leg and a stocking stitch foot.
Worked from the cuff, Dots on Socks feature a slipped rib heel flap, an alternative heel turn/gusset with underfoot decreases and wedge toe.

Dots on Socks are suitable for all your leftover sock yarns and are quick to knit. Make a pair for all your favourite people.

For 2 colour socks the proportion is approximately 40/60
It is possible to use more than 2 colours in a pair by working different coloured spots and toes.
