This sock is knit toe up with a no wrap, short row heel. The technique described is a bit different and hopefully easier to knit. The results are a cleaner look and tighter seam (no holes!).

The bottom and back of the sock are stockinette, making it easy to convert to top down, swap in your heel of choice, or change the stitch count for a personalized fit.
