Double Decker is a flirty little cowl that works up fast sideways with little drops along every other edge. When it fits comfortably around the neck, seam the ends together to form a cowl. Fold one row of drops down so that there are two rows. Use any yarn weight by choosing a hook size that works with that yarn. With 150 yards of DK weight and a size H crochet hook, the finished cowl measured 9” long including drop edging x 20” around. Tips are given for making the cowl wider. This two page pattern has written instructions and a crochet chart.
