Be ready for those frosty days of winter with the luxurious feel of double knit! Using such techniques as double sided color work and vertical striping, this is the perfect, fun scarf to whip up during those chilly, stay-inside days. Add beads or buttons for that little bit of sparkly embellishment!

Loom: 32 Peg Loom

Yarn: approx 175 yds MC and 125 yds CC of bulky weight. Sample used Brava Bulky by Knit Picks, 2 skeins each of white (MC) and denim (CC): 100% acrylic, 136 yards/100 grams. A contrasting 14” length of waste yarn is also needed.

Notions: knit hook, tapestry needle, row
counter, 5-6mm crochet hook, and assorted beads/buttons for embellishments, coordinating sewing thread, sewing needle.
