This is a basic sock pattern given a slight twist with a slim garter stitch top, heel flap and toe section. The embroidery worked in a plain coloured yarn adds a feminine touch but could easily be omitted if working the larger size for a man.

Pattern instructions are given for three sizes:
Small size to fit 19 cm ( 7 ½ in ) foot circumference
Medium size to fit 21 cm ( approx 8 in ) foot circumference
Large size to fit 23 cm foot circumference,
All sizes 20 cm long from cast on to base of heel, though this and foot length can be adjusted as required
