This sock pattern comes with two versions. The Upward Spiral is knit from the toe-up. The Downward Spiral is knit cuff down. This pattern is charted and comes in three sizes of 64, 72, and 80 stitches.

Downward Spiral techniques: stretchy cast-on, short row heel, twisted stitches, increases, decreases, and grafting to close the toe.

Upward Spiral techniques: toe-up cast-on, short row heel, twisted stitches, increases, and decreases.
