Cute little dragon hot water bottle cover, Intarsia knitting pattern.

This pattern is knitted mostly all in one piece, and then folded into place before sewing the side seams, apart from the small back section that forms the envelope opening, and the ribbed funnel.
It’s quite easy to put together

You only need one 100g ball of standard chunky/bulky yarn, I’ve used Stylecraft Chunky for one, and Cygnet Chunky for the other.
Then you need to choose two different colours for the dragon, you will not need much of either, so it’s a great way to use up left over scraps.
There is a small amount of hand sewing for the eye, nostril and mouth.
Other than that, you can choose to embellish and customise this knit in any way that you like.

Knits with standard chunky/bulky yarn, tension:
14 stitches x 20 rows= 4 inches/10cm. on 6mm/no.10 knitting needles.

The pattern has full row by row instructions, with chart and photos.
