A small jolly striped shawl with a bold daisy motif bouncing along the waves of the Feather and Fan stitched based lace pattern. The slow self-striping/ombre yarn stripes alternating with the solid colour stripes adds to the strobing movement across the waves. The combination of simple lace patterns, with plenty of plain knit and purl rows makes this a fairly simple shawl to knit, with enough detail to keep you interested.

This is a chart only pattern. A wide triangular shawl, worked from the top edge to the outer edge, starting with a garter stitch tab.

Suitable for Intermediate knitters
