This is a pattern for mens socks. It does not require more skills than knit and purl but creates a very interesting pattern.

Okay, you have to count your stitches well. ;-) But otherwise it’s a nice pattern for sock newbies who have outgrown the plain simple sock, but do not dare to knit cables or lace.
The pattern is mirrored, so you won’t be bored to knit the same sock twice. Good against second sock syndrom. ;-)

Also they are nice as a gift because the pattern incorporates a lot of stretch. So it is very likely they will fit even if you can not measure precisely the feet of the recipient.
