The pattern is vintage so it calls for a extinct yarn. I used Red Heart Heart and Sole and found it to be a good substitute.

There should be the word “turn” after To Turn Heel--Slip 1, p 15, p 2 tog, p 1, turn; slip1, k 5, slip, k and pass, k 1 then “turn;”

The instep needle with the 22 instep stitches on it is the first needle.
