I was sure that beige would be the colour for the Jacquard design. In contrast with black, the principal colour that is so characteristic of my style. So with the image of dunes in my mind, I started to design DuneSkyKimono, I made a few sketches and soon had the graph ready.

I wanted to make the project in a single piece. Perhaps because joining and sewing the pieces is the part that I like least. Therefore, my DuneSky Kimono is a pattern without seams!

MATERIALS
• Katia Love Wool: 8 balls black (col.108); 2
ball beige (col. 119)
• Knitting needles: Size 19 (U.S.)/(15 mm)
• Wool sewing needle
• Scissors

• Stockinette stitch
• Jacquard stitch
• 2x2 Ribbing
To add the stitches for the sleeves we will
use this increase technique at the start of
the row
To work the neck trim we must pick up
stitches along the side and neckline edges
of the work
