As with all my patterns, this one is freely shared for the love of knitting and sharing handknit gifts, not for profit on Etsy or at craft shows. As gratifying as it is to know how many people enjoy this pattern, I must thank you for respecting my intellectual property :^)

And now, back to the description of this fun little knit:

I made this little pouch to keep my earbuds safe and untangled in my purse, but it came out so well I wanted to share it for gift knitting! They’re addictive to knit and I keep scheming about using them as wrapping for a pair of earrings or just a few small candies to pair with a gift card or as a topper for a larger present. I can’t think of a cuter way to tuck a lost tooth under a child’s pillow for the tooth fairy, either.

The pouch knits up in the time it takes to watch a movie and uses up the remains of other project yarns you can’t bear to throw out. Shown in sport weight merino wool; any sport weight can be substituted. The one I made with a long scrap of Twisted Fiber Art’s cashmere blend Tasty was especially delicious (Tasty is fingering weight, but I made no changes to the pattern and it came out beautifully.)
